Agra Energy
We partnered with Agra Energy at their plant in New Franken, WI to transform biogas into low-carbon sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and bio-diesel. We replaced their traditional SMR catalyst with HYCO1's CUBE™ Catalyst and not only solved their problem with coking, but also increased the efficiency of their syngas production by X%.

Kansas Ethanol
HYCO1, Inc. has partnered with Kansas Ethanol to build Green Carbon Synthetics Kansas, LLC, the world’s largest biogenic CO2 utilization facility. Using HYCO1’s innovative CUBE™ technology, the facility will convert 800 tons of CO2 per day into 60 million gallons annually of low-carbon products like synthetic oils and jet fuel, reducing emissions by over 80% compared to fossil-based alternatives. This cost-effective process supports a circular carbon economy without reliance on subsidies.
The project is set to begin pre-construction in 2024, with plans for expansion to other sites underway.
